finding clarity in the chaos
introducing clarity sessions
The truth is, transferring my medical care to New York City has been even more chaotic than I feared it would be.
Learning to navigate a much larger medical system, establishing care with new doctors I don’t yet trust, and facing gaps in my treatment plan has left me feeling slightly adrift.
But it’s also given me the vehicle to reflect on my substantial growth in self-trust.
Most of my life, and even to some extent just two years ago, I had a PhD in self-doubt. I constantly questioned whether I was harming myself with my choices (chronic illness–related or not) and found it nearly impossible to move forward on both big and small decisions without spiraling through every possible outcome and blaming myself for my inevitable role in my embarrassing and painful downfall.
Because of these spirals, I longed for a safe space to process the emotional ups and downs of chronic illness with an expert who truly understood the chronic condition experience, something that proved difficult to find.
chronic illness can be isolating, but it doesn’t have to be
I know I’m not alone in that longing. For so many of us, there are few accessible experts who have the lived experience of juggling everyday responsibilities, the life joys you want to hold onto, and the extra full-time job of managing your health.
Living with chronic illness makes you acutely aware of how different your experience of life is from those around you. How differently you need to plan, engage, and move through the world. But it also makes the spaces where you feel understood all the more vital.
I am a firm believer in cultivating self-trust, inner knowing, and body connection. The kind that helps you recognize what’s right for you when the noise from family, friends, your partner, doctors, and society is so damn loud.
Still, developing that trust isn’t easy. Sometimes, we need that safe space with an expert who gets it to help us access the clarity we’re craving. That reflection is what inspired me to create a new offer for our community: Clarity Sessions.
introducing Clarity Sessions
While I love the depth of working with clients in longer-term coaching, sometimes you just want to begin with one powerful session and see what shifts.
That’s why I’m now offering Clarity Sessions.
A Clarity Session is one focused coaching session with me designed to cut through the overwhelm.
If you’ve been craving guidance to navigate the chaos of balancing life’s responsibilities, medical care, and joy with a chronic condition—and are ready to feel less isolated, more self-trust, and more in tune with your body—I invite you to get some clarity with me.
This session is ideal if you’re wanting clarity on a specific issue today, or you’re curious whether longer-term coaching is a good fit for you.
Book before midnight EDT on Friday, September 19th
For those of you who’ve been feeling deeply seen in my words and know you’re ready for more support from someone who understands chronic illness personally, I’m opening 60-minute Clarity Sessions this week.
You can book a session for $215 ($275 if you book after Friday) until Friday, September 19th at midnight EDT. I’m sharing this with my Substack community first, before it goes out to my larger Instagram audience.
my journey, and my hope
Now that I’m connected to my inner knowing and trust myself deeply, I’m able to move through this period of upheaval with more balance. And I’m able to hold space to cultivate that same self-trust for the wonderful individuals I work with.
I hope this offering fills a gap for the chronic illness community, helping you feel less alone in your experiences and work toward a balanced and joyful life, illness included.
I’m here for you.
Sending lots of love for joy and healing always <3,
Dr. Talia
