It’s frustrating when I always feel I am playing catch up. I was unable to do things for a few days, I feel better so I need to “catch up” on laundry, cleaning, shopping, tending to everything….and then I’m in bed or on the sofa to recuperate. Then all the negative self talk spirals me lower. A very bad cycle I need to break. Is pacing the answer? Even on “bad” days do a little bit so I don’t get so far behind?
Another wonderful post, Dr. Talia! I love the "ask yourself" reflection questions. Would love to join a discussion group to talk more! :)
This line "one crash isn't the end of the world" ❤️🔥

thanks, Acacia :)
So relatable. I hear you about a shower - if I can manage one, that is all I can do for that day (at best).
Those self reflection questions are spot on!
glad you found the reflection questions useful!
